Laketta is an experienced early childhood education professional with over a decade of hands-on leadership in preschool management and child development. Her passion for nurturing young minds began in 2013 when she opened her first preschool in Euclid, Ohio. At the time, she was also serving as a State-Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) at Cleveland Clinic and University Hospital, while pursuing her degree in Social Work at Ursuline College.”
Her unique background in both healthcare and social work has shaped her holistic approach to early childhood education—one that emphasizes emotional well-being, developmental growth, and strong family engagement. Since 2013, Laketta has successfully opened and operated three preschools, each grounded in her core values of compassion, structure, and excellence.
